Job summary

GTE Financial in Jacksonville Intercoastal is seeking an Assistant Community Financial Center Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations, coach a team of about 3 FTE, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

You will conduct thorough financial assessments, recommend products, generate referrals to Mortgage, Business Services, Investments and Insurance, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Leads and coaches sales/service staff to meet objectives.
• Requires knowledge of banking regulations and lending practices.
• Experience in financial institution setting with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to recruit, train, and retain qualified team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and service delivery.
• Drive cross-selling and member relationship development across departments.
• Monitor performance and provide timely evaluations and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and other federal laws.
