Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of cash handling experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with bank regulations preferred and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to customers, handling cash receipts and payments and identifying customer needs.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions in daily operations.
• Assess customer relationships and recommend bank products and services to support financial success.
• Balance cash and identify/discrepancies, reporting any issues to management.
• Contribute to a sales environment, including in-store prospecting and business development calls.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs; support a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
