Responsibilities

• Shadow loan officers through the lending process from application to closing, including credit analysis basics.
• Shadow experienced professionals to understand relationship management.
• Learn about compliance and regulatory requirements within banking.
• Complete a summer project and present key takeaways to branch and leadership staff at end of internship.
• Participate in developmental and professional activities to support learning and exposure.
