You will manage branch staff, ensure compliance with regulations, review supervisory reports, and stay current with industry trends; the role combines leadership with hands-on financial advisory duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum Required: 5+ years' of Financial Services/Brokerage experience.
• Licenses may be required: FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or Series 66; Series 8/9 and 10.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Financial Advisor businesses and staff within the branch.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and manage branch support staff and FA pipeline.
• Grow branch revenue and manage branch operations and budget.
• Perform Financial Advisor duties with clients when needed.
• Ensure compliance, risk controls, and escalation handling.
