Job summary

Dort Financial Credit Union is seeking a Branch Support Specialist to deliver a full range of credit union services at our Fenton Road location in Michigan. You will assist members with loans, cash and teller services, and help resolve account issues with a positive, outgoing communication style.

The role emphasizes educating members on money management, strengthening relationships, and matching financial needs to our products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year or more of credit union or financial experience in customer contact preferred.
• Must be bondable.
• Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lobby management.
• Educate members on how to better manage their money.
• Demonstrate how the Credit Union can improve financial well-being.
• Describe services offered and answer member questions.
• Assist new/existing members in selection of services, including loans, cash, and teller services.
• Reconciles member problems and accounts.
• Builds and strengthens member relationships by matching the member’s financial needs to the Credit Union’s products and services.
