Job summary

VitalCaring seeks a Clinical Home Health Branch Director to lead with heart, driving patient-centered care and high-performing clinical teams in a growing home health setting.

You will oversee clinical services, support clinicians, and shape growth while maintaining compassionate care and strong regulatory alignment across the branch.

Qualifications

• Active RN or Therapist license is required.
• Leadership experience in home health or related healthcare setting.
• Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical services to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Support clinicians in care planning, problem-solving, and patient outcomes.
• Ensure every patient experience reflects our commitment to compassion and excellence.
• Coach and mentor Clinical Care Managers, PSCs, and field clinicians.
• Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of a strong clinical team.
• Provide clear direction and oversight to ensure consistent, compliant care delivery.
• Maintain strong clinical standards and regulatory alignment.
• Foster a culture where teams understand expectations and feel supported to meet them.
• Partner with local teams and referral sources to expand access to care.
• Represent VitalCaring in the community as a trusted healthcare leader.
• Play a key role in growing your branch while maintaining quality at the core.
