VitalCaring is seeking a Clinical Home Health Branch Director in Webster, TX. You will lead patient-centered care, oversee all clinical services, and shape growth while maintaining quality.

You will mentor Clinical Care Managers and field clinicians, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with local teams to expand access to care. This role demands a strong clinical leader who can balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• RN or Therapist license required.
• Lead with experience in home health or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational leadership.

• Oversee all clinical services to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery
• Support clinicians in care planning, problem-solving, and patient outcomes

Build & Develop High-Performing Teams

• Coach and mentor Clinical Care Managers, PSCs, and field clinicians
• Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of a strong clinical team

Drive Accountability & Operational Excellence

• Provide clear direction and oversight to ensure consistent, compliant care delivery
• Maintain strong clinical standards and regulatory alignment
• Foster a culture where teams understand expectations and feel supported to meet them

Shape Growth & Community Impact

• Partner with local teams and referral sources to expand access to care
• Represent VitalCaring in the community as a trusted healthcare leader

What You Bring

• Active RN or Therapist license
• Leadership experience in home health or a related healthcare setting
• Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care
• Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational leadership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
