Base pay range: $99,100.00/yr - $136,300.00/yr

Job Summary

The Branch Director is responsible for managing daily branch operations, ensuring operational efficiency, quality patient care, regulatory compliance, supporting business development, and managing staff. Responsibilities include long-range planning, fiscal management, recruiting, overseeing quality of care, and ensuring legal compliance.

Essential Functions

• Develop, plan, and organize branch operations.
• Supervise clinical staff to deliver quality care.
• Collaborate on revenue and budget goals.
• Support clinical leadership and promote effective performance.
• Maintain efficient and safe office operations.
• Conduct quality improvement meetings and review patient satisfaction data.
• Coordinate with leadership for program implementation.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to meet admission goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure preferred.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with quality improvement tools.
• Knowledge of regulations and accreditation standards.
• Fiscal management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, Homecare Homebase experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.

Additional Details

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Salary: $99,100 - $136,300 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance.
