This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service through teller and platform functions, ensuring every member interaction is positive, informative, and aligned with their financial goals. The Member Advocate fosters a supportive environment where financial conversations are approachable and empowering, while also promoting credit union products and services. As a community connector, Member Advocates help grow the credit union’s presence by participating in local events, volunteering, and building relationships.
