  • Collaborate with the Sales team and patients to gather necessary documentation for insurance compliance.

  • Process intakes, confirm delivery appointments, verify insurance, and complete data entry tasks.
  • Conduct outbound communication with patients and referrals regarding order receipts and satisfaction.
  • Assist with patient scheduling for equipment delivery and returns, and handle billing information as needed.

  • Previous experience in a service management industry
