Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Branch Coordinator in Cape Girardeau, MO to be the main point of contact for patients and caregivers, both in person and by phone.

You will coordinate equipment delivery, review insurance requirements, and support patients through the recovery journey with empathetic, timely service. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with branch and sales teams, and accurate documentation to maximize benefits and accessibility of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns.
