Qualifications

• A degree in physical science, engineering, or mathematics with 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science.
• Experience at GS-13 level or equivalent with complex physical science research and analysis.
• Ability to plan, supervise, and communicate technical findings to management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work to subordinates; set priorities and schedules for completion.
• Supervise a small to medium staff and perform supervisory personnel functions.
• Provide technical advice on chemical and physical testing and forensic analysis.
• Collaborate with Technical Advisors on complex samples and reviews.
