The selected candidate will supervise, direct, and coordinate national programs to detect and prevent threats, with duties including training program development, budgeting, reporting, and interagency collaboration. Salary ranges from $147,899 to $192,275 per year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a supervisor directing work activities and subordinate supervisors.
• Develop and coordinate training programs, logistical requirements, and schedules.
• Prepare written and oral reports with conclusions, alternatives and recommendations.
• Manage program budgets and use cost-benefit analysis to set priorities and track expenses.
• Collaborate with EEO, recruitment, selections, promotions, training, awards, and related program objectives.
