Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of branch sales experience.
• Experience with a variety of banking products.
• Experience with banking risk management.
• Undergraduate Degree (4 years) or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of branch banking and/or financial institution sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Assist in coaching, development and mentorship of branch staff; support partner sales and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver client engagement and education, fostering an exceptional client experience aligned with the bank's mission.
• Identify and mitigate risks by ensuring staff comply with applicable policies and regulations; maintain regulatory compliance.
• Talent management activities including employment, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary actions and succession planning.

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business Performance :Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in financial performance (deposits loans, and non-interest income).Activelyseekand deliver the right client introductions to the right teammember(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful salesinitiative.

• Sales Leadership and Coaching : Supportin the coaching,developmentand mentorship of the team members.Actively support the execution of partner produced sales and marketing initiatives. Reinforce training, development and coaching to branch teams on our missionand how to effectively engage in our broader communities and customers to deliver against our performance targets.Responsible forassistingthe Branch Banking Leader with talent management functionsincluding:employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staffcomply withcompliance requirements.

• Client Experience :Deliver client engagement and education–usingthe tools and systems available. Foster a culture focused on providingan exceptionalclient experience with a commitment to delivering on our mission and purpose.

• Risk Management: Identifyand mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee and client risks by helping team members understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations. Meet operational excellence standards.
