This manufacturing role reports directly to the Troy Site Leader and oversees three operations departments to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations. This leader owns the performance of the Aircraft Brake production line for commercial, military, and regional/business aircraft. This is a high visibility role with regular engagement with senior leadership across Troy and the greater Collins/RTX organization with an opportunity to develop into higher-level manufacturing or site leadership positions.
Success in this role looks like consistent achievement of the Golden Thread, aka Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. At the end of the day, you will lead a skilled, engaged production team with stable, high-performing lean manufacturing processes.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
