ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

We are a privately-held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers' needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.

Our capabilities include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes a complete in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Brake Press Operator will perform activities related to manufacturing processes to ensure the company meets and exceeds quality standards and delivery dates.

Shift options:

  • 1st shift: Monday through Friday 7AM-3PM
  • 2nd shift: Monday through Thursday 3PM-1AM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set up and operate press brake and related equipment
  • Willingness to cross-train and perform other job tasks when necessary
  • Follow and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe work area
  • Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Strong work ethic
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Team player with a positive, "can do" attitude
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure

EXPERIENCE (PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED):
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Certificate from college or technical school is a plus
