The Valmont Industries brake press operation role in Jasper, TN requires you to set up the brake, load and bend sheets, and ensure quality throughout production. You will calibrate setups, document results, and assist teammates as needed.

Applicants should read flat sheets accurately, perform math calculations, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment while meeting deadlines and following LEAN processes.

Qualifications

• Read and decipher flat sheets for layout and bend.
• A high awareness for safety at all times.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with Brake Press/CNC machinery is preferred, 1–2 years.

Responsabilités

• Set up brake, load sheet on conveyor, layout and prep sheet, move sheet into brake.
• Calibrate with each set; fill in for other Brake Press operators as needed.
• Enter data into the press brake computer and generate required reports.
• Maintain equipment and perform general maintenance.
