Staffmark is seeking a Brake Press Operator in Memphis, TN for first shift. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $29.00 per hour and overtime is available.

The role requires setting up and operating brake press machinery, reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and ensuring parts meet dimension tolerances. Brake Press Operator - Direct Hire

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: First Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts)

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and adjust press brake machinery to produce quality metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Select, install, and align punches, dies, and tooling as required.
• Verify material type, dimensions, bend allowances, and finished part specifications.

Experience Requirements

• Previous press brake operating experience required.
• Experience setting up and operating press brake equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of tooling selection, bend calculations, and measurement techniques.
• Experience maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.
• CNC press brake and programmable control experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
