Job summary

Silent-Aire, a division of Johnson Controls, in Gilbert, AZ, seeks a CNC Brake Press Operator for 2nd shift. You will set up and operate brake presses, read blueprints, and fabricate parts to spec. Expect lifting, long periods standing, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Minimum 3 years on CNC brake presses; familiarity with related machinery and tooling. On-site role with potential forklift/overhead crane tasks as trained. High school or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a CNC Brake Press Operator on a brake press machine.
• Able to read blueprints and program machinery to produce parts.
• Experience with metalworking equipment (brake, shear, saw, punch, etc.) and Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate piece parts per schematic under supervision.
• Assemble parts into final product and inspect for defects.
• Maintain equipment and work area in safe, clean condition.
