Job summary

Advics in LaGrange, GA seeks an Operator-C20H01 to support the Combination line responsible for manufacturing brake pads. You will operate presses, monitor gauges, perform quality checks, and document production activity to ensure timely, compliant output.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with a commitment to safety, 5S cleanliness, and teamwork across shifts to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret specification sheets and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding presses as set forth by procedures and ensure quality.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and clean as required.
• Complete production paperwork and report press activity.
• Troubleshoot problems to keep presses in full production.
• Communicate quality issues to supervision and shift staff.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE.
