Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret formulas and measure compounds using data from computer input.
• Prepare batch mixes with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
• Measure in kilograms and ensure proper unit conversions when needed.
• Read and interpret all formulas and specifications for each style pad mix.
• Troubleshoot mix tank equipment (600 L and 71 L tanks) as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines, wear PPE (N95, safety glasses, hearing protection).
• Maintain 5S practices to prevent contamination of mix compounds.
• Complete production paperwork for materials usage and quality testing.
