Qualifications

• Prior brake and front end technician experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ford or manufacturer product training preferred; willingness to complete training.
• Dealership service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and overhaul brake systems per repair orders, including pad/shoe replacement and leak detection.
• Service front end components including steering, suspension, and wheel bearings.
• Remove and reinstall wheels and maintain proper brake fluid levels.
• Test-drive vehicles after service to verify repair quality.
• Operate all shop tools safely and per dealership procedures.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA requirements.
• Attend manufacturer product training as required and stay current on procedures.
