Brake & Alignment Technician - Woodland Main St #620

Job Description:

Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for servicing and installing brake, alignment, suspension, and related system parts. They provide excellent customer service and ensure all work complies with company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering components.
  • Test and install batteries; dismount/mount tires and wheels; rebalance wheels; replace, rebuild, or recalibrate TPMS components.
  • Use specialized equipment and hand tools; assist colleagues; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service; refer customers to other qualified staff when necessary.
Experience:

Les Schwab offers on-the-job training and opportunities for skill development for Brake & Alignment Technicians.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
Pay and Benefits:

Salary range: $16.50 - $26.45 per hour. Benefits for full-time employees include:
