Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, suspension components, and related systems. You will test vehicles, work with tires, TPMS, and drive trains while delivering excellent customer service according to our policies.

The role offers on-the-job training, a full-time schedule, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license;
• excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment;
• frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds;
• frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components
• testing and installing batteries
• dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components
• using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

Brake & Alignment Technician Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components;
• testing and installing batteries;

• assisting other employees;
• test driving vehicles;

Pay and Benefits:
