Job summary

Les Schwab in Utah is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components with a focus on safety and customer service. You'll install and test hydraulic and electric brake systems, rebalance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and assist with offsite road service.

The role includes on‑the‑job training and a strong benefits package. Qualified applicants will need a valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks; a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service brake, suspension, and steering parts.
Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies and rebalance wheels.
Calibrate/replace TPMS components as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified staff.
