Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in West Jordan, UT is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment and suspension components. You will test drive vehicles and perform offsite road service as needed, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy objects, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced shop environment. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for growth and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Installing or servicing brake systems, suspension, and alignment components.
Test driving vehicles and performing offsite/road services as needed.
Dismounting/mounting tires and wheels, rebalancing, TPMS work, and using shop tools.
Provide exceptional customer service and refer customers to others when needed.
