Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring a Brake & Alignment Technician in Holladay, UT. This role focuses on servicing brake, alignment, and suspension systems with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

You’ll install, inspect, and repair components, operate service vehicles when needed, and collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, and alignment parts.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools.
• Assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
