Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, delivering excellent customer service and performing work per company policies. The role involves using tools, testing vehicles, and assisting teammates to keep drivers safe and on the road.

Responsibilities include installing brake systems, aligning wheels, dismounting tires, rebalancing, and performing offsite road service as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and assist with road services as needed.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Provide outstanding customer service and refer to qualified teammates when appropriate.
