Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Martinez, CA is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and TPMS components, test batteries, and perform wheel mounting/rebalancing. You will use service tools, assist teammates, and may drive service vehicles for offsite or emergency road calls, while delivering excellent customer service.

Valid driver's license required; must handle frequent lifting up to 35 pounds and occasional up to 75 pounds in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries; dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; replace/rebuild/calibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools; assist other employees; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service; refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
