Les Schwab Tire Centers in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, suspension, alignment, and related components, install batteries, and assist with TPMS calibration.

Responsibilities include using hand tools, test driving, maintaining safety, and delivering excellent customer service while following company policies. The role offers full-time hours with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test batteries, dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
