Job summary

Albert Einstein Medical Center in the United States seeks a professional nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop care plans with patients and designated care partners, addressing individualized needs aligned with cultural beliefs and values.

You will participate in nursing duties, education, and quality/safety improvements while collaborating with inter-professional teams to ensure compassionate, coordinated care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients and families.
• Ability to delegate to other team members respectfully.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and nursing assessment.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, patients, their family/designated care partner(s), and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Integrates evidence-based practice and clinical expertise with patient preferences for optimal care.
• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
