Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; enrollment within 12 months of start date and completion within 4 years required.
• 1-2 years RN experience required.
• RN licensure in the state or jurisdiction of employment required; CPR certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to department goals and adheres to policies, quality, and safety standards.
• Collects and analyzes patient information across physical, psychological, socio-cultural, economic and lifestyle factors.
• Delivers relationship-based nursing care autonomously using the nursing process.
• Identifies complex patient problems and plans appropriate interventions.
• Incorporates evidence-based practice and research into care delivery.
• Advocates for patients and communicates concerns promptly to the team.
