Qualifications

• Ability to drive residence van and maintain a Massachusetts license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with medical, physical, cognitive, and socioemotional needs in completing daily activities.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene to promote independence.
• Administer medications in accordance with MAP regulations and report concerns.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks and report safety issues.
