Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with cognitive, behavioral or developmental issues.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
• Ability to drive a residence van and maintain a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meals, and ambulation.
• Maintain a safe living environment and provide interventions to ensure safety.
• Support community integration by connecting clients with resources and encouraging relationships.
• Assist with clients' medical and physical needs as required.
• Facilitate participation in activities, appointments, and meaningful family/community connections.
