Qualifications
Relevant experience or training in healthcare or social work preferred.
Experience working with individuals with brain injuries is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support to clients with brain injuries in daily living activities.
Assist clients in following personalized rehabilitation plans.
Facilitate social interactions and community engagement activities.
Encourage participation in therapeutic exercises.
Maintain accurate documentation of clients’ progress.
Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare providers.
Implement safety measures for behavioral challenges.
Attend training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement.
