Zusammenfassung

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide outpatient brain-injury focused therapy for patients aged 15 and older. You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions under physician supervision.

Responsibilities include documentation, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, and facilitating functional recovery. Indiana licensure and CPR certification are required; BI/TBI experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Physical Therapist IN state license required.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 4 weeks of start date.
• 1-year experience with adult physical rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience with TBI/BI, CVA, vestibular disorders, Dry Needling, CBIS preferred, LSVT BIG and LOUD.

• Administers PT evaluations and determines treatment plans and equipment needs.
• Develops patient-centered treatment plans aligned with goals and medical necessity.
• Completes documentation to support skilled services and medical necessity within timelines.
• Provides supervision to assistants and students according to regulations.
