Job summary

Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council Inc. seeks a Brain Health Clinical Coordinator to support clinical and community dementia initiatives. You will coordinate technical assistance, education, data collection, and partnerships with Tribal clinics, caregivers, and professionals.

The role strengthens dementia-capable systems, early detection, and caregiver support while traveling to offices in Green Bay, Madison, or Grand Rapids, MI. Office-based; not remote.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health or related field required.
• Clinical, hospital, clinic, long-term care, home health, public health, or community health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and programmatic activities in accordance with work plans, grants, and funder guidance.
• Develop working relationships with Tribal clinic staff and health professionals.
• Provide technical assistance to strengthen dementia-capable systems and referral workflows.
• Assist with policy, procedure, and workflow assessments and quality-improvement plans.
• Deliver culturally responsive education on brain health, dementia risk reduction, and caregiver support.
• Develop materials, presentations, and implementation guides for program activities.
• Adapt information for Tribal audiences respecting sovereignty and culture.
• Plan and lead meetings, trainings, and community events.
• Track grant activities and maintain documentation.
• Analyze data for program monitoring and reporting; support data quality efforts.
• Prepare reports and health profiles for funders and stakeholders.
• Promote data stewardship and confidentiality; respond to information requests.
