Position Overview

We are seeking an Operator to operate braiding machines within a cleanroom environment, ensuring safety, environmental responsibility, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform machine inspections and troubleshooting according to SOP.
• Complete assigned operational tasks.
• Review daily braiding schedules.
• Track and update inventory regularly.
• Enter data into QAD system accurately.
• Manage spool changeovers promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of spool and lot numbers, ending dates, and footage.
• Conduct routine quality checks on braided parts.
• Monitor key metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
• Develop skills required for the braiding technician role.

Qualifications and Skills

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong safety mindset and PPE compliance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment is preferred.
• Experience with QAD, Microsoft Office, or in a Clean Room is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Use of PPE is mandatory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Work in noisy environments with hearing protection required.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.
