Job summary

Davlyn Group in Spring City, PA is seeking an Operator - Braiding to run 8-12 braiding machines, perform preventive maintenance, and inspect product per SOPs. This is a second shift role: Sunday through Thursday, 8 PM to 6:30 AM, onsite.

You'll troubleshoot equipment, label and track production, and maintain a clean, safe work area while adhering to safety and quality standards amid a high-noise, fiberglass-exposure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to stand 80% of shift and lift up to 50 lb.
• Must follow standard operating procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, load, and tend to 8-12 machines to manufacture product.
• Inspect and label product per quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Track production using documentation tools.
• Escalate safety or quality concerns to supervisor.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement.
