Job summary

Davlyn Group is seeking a winding operator for the Spring City, PA facility. You will tend to 2–4 machines, perform quality checks, and help ensure safe, efficient production on a second shift (Sun–Thu, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM).

The role emphasizes equipment maintenance, process adherence, and teamwork in a fast-growing textile manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and tend 2–4 machines to manufacture product.

• Troubleshoot equipment and minimize downtime.
• Track production using visual management or documentation tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
