Atkins & Pearce in Covington, KY is seeking a dependable Braider Machine Operator to join our 2nd and 3rd shift teams. You’ll run braiding machines and help ensure quality product ships on time.

Training starts on the 1st shift (7am–3:30pm) for 18 weeks; permanent schedules are 2nd or 3rd shift. A high standard of safety, detail, and teamwork is required in our long‑standing, family‑owned manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail and pride in accurate, quality work.
• Safety-first mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate various winders, moving from station to station as needed.
• Prep and pack finished product for shipment.
• Check your work against material specifications so every order meets our quality standards.
