Job summary

Atkins & Pearce is seeking a Braider Machine Operator in Covington, KY to run braiding machines and ensure quality products for aerospace, medical, and more. Training starts on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) for 18 weeks, before transitioning to permanent 2nd or 3rd shift.

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, with shift differentials and weekend options. PPE is provided and hearing protection required in the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail and pride in accurate, quality work.
• A safety-first mindset and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate various winders, moving from station to station as needed.
• Prep and pack finished product for shipment.
• Check your work against material specifications so every order meets our quality standards.
