Job summary

Pact is seeking a Technical Developer, Intimates, to own bra development end-to-end—from concept through fit approval to bulk production. You’ll bring hands-on bra construction expertise, patternmaking, and grading to every style, partnering with design, sourcing, and merchandising to translate concepts into technical packages.

Bras are central, but you’ll also support underwear, loungewear, and related categories, ensuring on-time delivery and spec adherence across factories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical design or apparel product development with 3+ in intimates.
• Hands-on bras development: band/cup construction, wire vs wire-free, molding, seamless, elastics, hardware.
• Working knowledge of underwear and/or sleepwear construction.
• Comfort reading/writing detailed tech packs and specs.
• Experience running fit sessions and organizing wear-test feedback.
• Experience with overseas factories and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own tech packs, specs, and construction details for bras from sample to bulk.
• Translate sketches/fit intent into production-ready specs and patterns.
• Manage fit sessions; issue clear revisions to factories.
• Incorporate wear-test feedback into spec/construction revisions.
• Develop and maintain specs for assigned styles across categories.
• Work with overseas factories on construction feasibility and timelines.
• Track calendars and flag delivery risks early; collaborate with teams.
• Stay current on bra construction techniques and materials; share recommendations.
