Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers and engaging them.
• Proactively engages customers, reads cues, and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers and promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly, efficient cash wrap experience at the POS.
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to floor readiness and maintains back room/stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards for availability on the floor.
• Performs markdowns, re-tickets and stock-out processes as needed.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and under stock to support replenishment.
• Supports all activities related to safe working environment and loss prevention.
