Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Selling Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor. You will engage customers, help with bra fittings, and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

This role emphasizes inventory readiness, merchandising, and floor replenishment, ensuring brand standards are met while maintaining a positive shopping experience for guests. A flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfort with lifting up to 40 pounds and standing long shifts.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and “go-backs”.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is on the sales floor.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and under stock to enable efficient replenishment.
