Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BPMN Consultant to support us in visualizing and structuring complex business processes using BPMN 2.0. This role involves translating verbal or written input into clear, logical BPMN diagrams — with a strong emphasis on real-world operational complexity ( manufacturing, logistics, IT service flows).

This is an hourly freelance position with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract process details from discussions or notes
• Design and deliver BPMN diagrams that clearly represent business logic and workflows
• Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for simplification
• Use BPMN modeling tools such as Camunda Modeler, Bizagi, Signavio, bpmn.io, etc.
• Suggest improvements to process flow where applicable
• Maintain documentation and versioning of models

Requirements

• Proven experience in BPMN 2.0 modeling (please provide portfolio or examples)
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
• Ability to handle loosely structured or incomplete inputs
• Experience with complex domains such as manufacturing, logistics, IT systems, or operations
• Proficiency in BPMN tools (Camunda, Bizagi, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Background in business analysis, systems analysis, or process engineering
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Camunda, Zeebe, ProcessMaker)
