BP3 is a specialist in Process Automation, and we are seeking to expand our world-class team. We work with clients globally to deliver business automation solutions across various industries. Successful candidates will use their technical skills to solve complex business and system problems.

We are looking for a passionate Software Developer with 2 or more years of commercial experience in enterprise software development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce final deliverables.

BP3 is a leading technology and services partner of Camunda, and we will provide comprehensive training to help the successful candidate begin a career as a Camunda Developer. With experience, this role can serve as a foundation for roles such as Process, Solution, Business, or Enterprise Architect, among others.

Mandatory

1. 2+ years of experience working within a development team
2. Full understanding of source control principles, ideally with Git (others like Perforce, SVN are acceptable)
3. Familiarity with core software development practices: analysis, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, acceptance, and maintenance
4. Proficiency in writing professional, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code
5. Experience working with a Project Manager to estimate tasks and incorporate these into project plans
6. Experience working as part of an Agile/SCRUM team
7. Experience integrating with REST services and handling JSON payloads
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

1. Experience with BPM/Workflow and BPMN (e.g., IBM BPM/BAW, Camunda, Appian, Flowable, Pega)
2. Experience with low-code application development (e.g., OutSystems) and/or iPaaS (e.g., Workato, Boomi), RPA, or AI
3. Knowledge of software and architectural patterns
4. Working knowledge of databases and SQL
5. Experience with Docker
6. Exposure to DevOps practices, especially building pipelines

Optional

1. Experience with DMN for modeling complex business rules
2. Understanding of how source control, CI/CD, containers, and agile methods fit into the software development landscape
3. Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure
4. Kubernetes experience
