Job summary

Firstsource is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of cloud-native BPaaS solutions. You will influence architecture, security, and performance across the BPaaS environment.

Key focus areas include middleware integration (Informatica, MuleSoft, Edifecs), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and DevOps-driven CI/CD, IaC, with strong emphasis on network security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive IT architecture/solution design experience.
• Hands-on experience with middleware/integration tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Edifecs).
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Proven experience in network architecture, VPNs, load balancers, firewalls, and enterprise connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall architecture blueprint for the BPaaS environment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Design and implement integration patterns using middleware gateways (Edifecs, Informatica, MuleSoft) to support enterprise connectivity.
• Lead adoption and optimization of cloud-native services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for hosting, integration, and data services.
• Oversee configuration and performance optimization of integration gateways (Edifecs XEngine/IG, MuleSoft API Gateway, Informatica).
• Provide guidance on enterprise network architecture, including routing, VPN, and firewall design.
