• ASEP Certification required or obtainable upon acceptance.
• CHSAA Certification required or obtainable upon acceptance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NFHS Coaching Fundamentals Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reports consistently for work as scheduled.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Attains proficiency in evaluations according to Performance Standards.
• Communicates high expectations for athlete behavior and reinforces expectations.
• Maintains regular communication with Athletic Director.
• Manages fiscal responsibilities and equipment inventories for the program.
• Plans daily, weekly, and seasonal practice routines and game strategies.
• Provides leadership that supports a positive climate for athletes.
