Job summary

Central51 is seeking a Boys Assistant Track Coach to instruct and guide student athletes at Central Intermediate School. The coach will be responsible for developing athletes in both physical training and character building.

The position involves scheduling, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with district policies.

Qualifications

• Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport.
• Has substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport.
• Successful completion of a fingerprint-based criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an appropriate role model for student athletes.
• Follows district's approved policies.
• Schedules events for the season, transportation, and requirements.
• Mentor to each athlete to promote character development.
• Provides guidance and safeguards for participants.
